What does DaaS stand for?
DaaS stands for Dimensioning as a Service. In plain terms: we come to your warehouse, measure your products using modern AI-powered mobile dimensioning software on tablets, capture images and SKU data, and deliver it all in a clean, ready-to-use (or integrate) format. No equipment, no training, no headaches—just accurate product data fast.
How does Product Data Pros collect product dimensions and data?
In a nutshell—we walk up and down your aisles and capture the data at the source. Using mobile dimensioning software, scales, and tablets, we measure everything digitally—from tiny screws to 10-foot parcels, irregular shapes, and flats—so you get complete, accurate data without slowing down your warehouse.
What mobile dimensioning technology do you use?
We use xDIM and xPIM+ mobile dimensioning software along with the xScale S200 digital Bluetooth scale. Why? Because our team is professionally trained on the tools, so we’re fast, accurate, and really good at capturing your product data.

How long does a dimensioning service project take?
It depends on how many SKUs you have, but our mobile teams capture hundreds of products per day—therefore, typically, 2-8 weeks.
By the time you research equipment, run demos, and train staff, we could have already measured your entire catalog. Fast, simple, and accurate.
Do we need to move products?
No. Our mobile setup lets us measure products right where they are in your warehouse, so your operations keep running smoothly with no bottlenecks or headaches.
Our goal is to be completely out of your way. On rare occasions, if we need your help—like accessing items from high shelves—we’ll discuss it during our initial conversation and coordinate with your team so it’s easy and stress-free.
What product data do we receive?
We deliver clean, structured data that’s ready for ERP, WMS, PIM, or eCommerce platforms, including:

We’re able to capture up to 12 custom fields and 6 photos per product identifier. Everything is organized and easy to use. You can integrate or download csv files.
