What We Do
Fleccas Understanding: We measure physical products in warehouses so companies can save money.
RRB Understanding: Product Data Pros travels to warehouses and distribution centers across the country to collect accurate information about their products. We measure and weigh items, take photos, scan barcodes, and collect other important product details using mobile dimensioning technology to be fast and accurate.
Why does it matter? Companies need accurate product information to run their warehouses, plan automation, plan picking routes, save space, ship products correctly, and make better decisions.
Our job is simple: we collect the product data companies need, make sure it’s accurate, and give it back to them ready to use.

At Product Data Pros, we help some of America’s leading warehouse and distributors organize one of their most valuable assets—their product data.
We’re a young company growing quickly, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who want more than just another warehouse job.
This isn’t standing in the same building every day.
One month you might be in Texas.
The next, Illinois.
Then Colorado.
You’ll travel with a small team, solve problems together, knock out projects, and head home before the next adventure.
Here’s what makes this job different.
You’re salaried—not punching a clock.
When we quote a client a five-week project, that’s based on a normal work schedule.
If our team works efficiently, stays accurate, and finishes ahead of schedule, everyone gets to go home sooner…while continuing to receive their regular salary until the next project begins.
We believe great work should be rewarded with something valuable: your time.
On top of that, you’ll have opportunities to earn performance bonuses based on project milestones, quality, and accuracy.

What You’ll Do
Every project is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:
- • Measure products using specialized hand-held mobile dimensioning equipment
- • Capture product photos using company-issued devices
- • Collect product weights and packaging information
- • Record dimensions and product attributes using project software
- • Locate products throughout warehouse aisles and storage locations
- • Verify data for accuracy before submission
- • Work safely around forklifts, racking, and active warehouse operations
- • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- • Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment
The information we collect helps customers improve shipping, warehouse operations, inventory systems, eCommerce, automation, and much more.

A Typical Day
No two days are exactly alike, but you can expect to:
- • Meet with your team to review daily goals
- • Walk warehouse aisles locating products
- • Measure, weigh, and photograph inventory
- • Verify data before submitting it
- • Work alongside teammates to hit project milestones
- • Wrap up the day knowing exactly what your team accomplished
You’ll stay active throughout the day and work with a close-knit crew that’s focused on getting the job done right.
Travel
This position requires travel throughout the United States.
Typical projects last 1–6 weeks, though some may be shorter or longer depending on the customer.
We provide:
- • Flights or mileage reimbursement
- • Hotel / Airbnb accommodations
- • Daily meal per diem (when applicable)
- • Company equipment
Many of our technicians enjoy traveling together, exploring new cities after work, and building friendships while on the road.

Q: How much do I get paid?
A: Starting hourly is $20/hour + performance bonuses + paid travel.
We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience and location, along with performance-based bonuses and a clear path for growth. Team members also receive paid travel, hotel accommodations, and daily meal allowances while on project assignments. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses on successful projects. If we find you as a solid fit after a few projects, a full-time position may be discussed.
Q:You mentioned bonuses, how do I earn those?
A: If you’re working hard, showing up on time and being a great team player/leader we will notice that. The name of the game here is ‘startup’ mentality. Of course you’ll get breaks, and eat lunch, but if you’re chipping away and want to keep going, so the project can wrap up quicker than projected – that is a huge win*. Bonuses can range from $100-$2,000+ depending. **This is all based upon accuracy and quality of the dimensions and data collected.**
Q: Can my friend apply?
A: Yes! We encourage a strong relational group that likes to work hard and get things done. We may even be able to compramise and get airbnb’s for travel teams that feel comfortable around each other.
Q: Can my spouse or friend accompany me?
A: Yes, what you do beyond the scope of work is your business. There will not be any financial help from PDP for their arrangements. The PDP employee will be allotted the general government rate for per diem. If you choose to go beyond expenses because of said ‘spouse or friend’ – you will not be incentivized.
Q: If I get hired and like the work, will I travel forever?
A: As we grow we plan on being regional so techs can go home every night. As mentioned, there are opportunities for leadership roles as well.
